The Frontwave Foundation invites you to its 3rd Annual Charity Golf Tournament—a day of golf, networking, and philanthropy while supporting a meaningful cause. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just looking to enjoy a fun day on the course, players of all skill levels are welcome.

All proceeds from the tournament will directly support the Frontwave Foundation’s Summer Backpack Drive, providing school backpacks and essential supplies to foster children in our community.

By your attendance, you understand and acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in this event and that your participation may involve risks, including, but not limited to, physical injury, illness, death, or property damage. You assume all risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of Frontwave Credit Union (Frontwave). In consideration of being permitted to attend, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Frontwave, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and the City of Oceanside, CA, for yourself, your heirs, and representatives, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising out of, or related to, your participation in the event, whether caused by the active or passive negligence of the Frontwave, The City of Oceanside, or otherwise. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frontwave and the City of Oceanside from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, and damages (including attorney fees) arising from my participation in the event. This agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California.

By attending this event, you also agree that Frontwave may photograph, film, and/or otherwise record your likeness, voice, and name; grant Frontwave the irrevocable right to use, publish, and distribute such recordings and photographs in any and all media, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials, for any purpose, without compensation or approval; and release and hold harmless Frontwave and its agents from any liability regarding the use of these recordings. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the staff at the event, upon arrival. Please note that it may be impossible to exclude your image or voice from certain recordings.
