Sarai Rodgers

Chairperson

Sarai Rodgers is a dedicated and accomplished leader, serving as the Chair of the Frontwave Foundation. She brings a wide variety of experience and expertise to Frontwave Foundation. Her background includes leadership positions at the executive level with several companies in a variety of industries. She has served as the Human Resources Director at Netscape Communications, the Director of Organization Effectiveness at AOL Time Warner, the Vice President of Human Resources at Modern Postcard, the Director of Human Resources at West Development, the Vice President of Talent Resources at ARS National Services and currently is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Frontwave Credit Union.

Mrs. Rodgers earned an MS degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a BA degree in Public Relations from San Jose State University.

Beyond her professional endeavors, she is an advocate for supporting local non-profit businesses including Habitat for Humanity, Gary and Mary West Senior Wellness Center, Casa de Amparo, Challenged Athletes Foundation, and local food banks.
