Whether you're serving in uniform or giving back in your community, you're making a real difference. You’ve stepped up, shown heart, and pushed through whatever came your way. Now it’s our turn to have your back. The Frontwave Foundation Scholarship offers up to $14,000 to help Frontwave Credit Union Members keep moving forward. That includes students and active-duty service Members working toward their next mission—college. We’re backing people who hustle, serve, and lead. Because success isn’t just about grades. It’s about grit.

We're awarding $14,000 in scholarships to help Frontwave Members take their next step! Half for Community Members, half for Military Members.
Each Group Receives
Top Award – $2,500
Second Place – $1,000
Up to 7 More – $500

Frontwave Members only (primary account holder).
Community:
Ages 17–22 by Aug. 1, 2026
Military:
Active-duty E-4 or below by Aug. 1, 2026
Must be enrolled or accepted to a 2 or 4-year college.

Essay
Evaluated on personal story, clarity and impact.
GPA
Points awarded based on cumulative GPA.
Volunteer Hours
Extra points for giving back through community service.
How to Apply
You’ve already done the hard part—now it’s time to finish strong! To apply, simply fill out our online application, write your essay, and upload your transcript. We’ll also need your school information (so we know where to send the funds if you’re selected), and if you're applying in the Military category, your military ID and rank. Please note: applicants may only apply in one category—either Community or Military—not both.
2025 Scholarship Awards
Launched in 2025, the Frontwave Foundation Scholarship Program provided educational support exclusively for Frontwave Credit Union Members. Our inaugural class of scholars represented the heart of what this program was all about: empowering students to pursue higher education and create brighter futures. Their stories of perseverance, service, and community spirit reminded us why investing in education was one of the most powerful ways we could make an impact.
